Pinnacle uses a sophisticated paperless delivery system that not only saves on material costs, but also allows us to process loans more efficiently and helps the environment as well. With paperless delivery, we have cut our budget for paper supplies by more than $50,000 each year. We strive to make our processes the most efficient and effective as possible, which is why we continue to raise the standard and extend the capabilities of our technology systems.
From the day their application is received to the day they sign, clients can close a loan in as little as four days, depending on the type of loan and situation. With industry-leading technology in place, the vast majority of loans close within four weeks.
