As an FHA approved Non-Supervised Mortgage (Full Eagle) with Direct Endorsement authority and our in-house senior government underwriting staff, you will have an uncompromising competitive advantage in this dynamic market.

Our seasoned underwriters have the knowledge and experience to aid you with your automated approvals as well as the ability to make subjective lending decisions when you have a “makes sense” file – even when the results of DU/LP provide a “refer”. Our internal FHA Underwriting department and support staff pride themselves on quick turnaround times (typically 24 – 48 hours) and their ability to work with the various Loan Origination Teams to expedite approvals with the least amount of required conditions.
